Admission Policy

The purpose of our admission policy is to help you go through the admission process effectively and to help you place your child in the appropriate class. Admissions are open for the new session in the month of February/ March. An advertisement in the newspaper is given in the month of February every year.

Registration and Admission Process - Online & Offline

  • Prospectus is available in the school office between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on all the working days as well as on the school website.
  • For online registration, kindly follow the below steps :-
    1. Go to School website http://alwarpublicschool.com/
    2. Then click on online enquiry and fill the online form then click on online registration.
    3. After depositing the registration fee, kindly take the print out of the form with receipt and submit it in the School office.
  • Kindly note :-
    1. Admission is based on availability of seats.
    2. Door to Door Bus facility available on certain routes for Pre-Primary only.
    3. Optional subjects will be given in Class XI only with a batch of minimum 10 students.
    4. Provisional admission will be given in Class XI until T.C. & Marksheet of previous school is submitted.
    5. Documents needed to be submitted with the prospectus.
      • A copy of the child’s birth certificate
      • Medical record
      • Two passport size photographs
  • Once the prospectus is filled and submitted, the admission procedure begins.
  • Class size is mostly restricted to 20-25 students in each class.
  • Note :- Admissions are open to all strictly on a first come first serve basis. If no seats are available the application is placed in the waiting list.
